The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and cozy. Great value for the money.

absolutely amazing for the price. felt like a much more pricey hotel. clean, comfy, and the staff is wonderful. if you plan on visiting Lewiston and don’t want to drop a ton of money on a hotel, but still want a very nice comparable room, this is the place for you!

First, I want to acknowledge that the staff at this establishment is amazing, and the owner is very involved in the day-to-day operations. You won't encounter anyone who is rude; they truly go above and beyond to assist you in every way possible. The room I stayed in was spacious, but it had an odor, so I had to purchase an air freshener. It seemed that housekeeping was short-staffed, as my requests sometimes went unaddressed on the first try. Additionally, the pool was not open because it was running on only one pump. I was told multiple times that it would open, but that never happened. The biggest issue I noticed was the apparent lack of motivation among the staff. There seems to be little effort in organizing and cleaning up the front area of the hotel. The entrance is the first thing guests see upon arrival, yet it appears dirty, with cobwebs and grimy windows. The maintenance staff should prioritize pressure washing the exterior to enhance the building's appearance. Likewise, the indoor staff should be tasked with cleaning the front office and breakfast area. I understand that this is one of the oldest buildings in the area, but it still deserves some care and attention.

Spent one night here recently while traveling to northern Idaho. My room was spacious and I was able to sleep pretty well. The price I paid for the room was reasonable as well. I very much appreciated the covered parking I was able to utilize, due to the structure of the property.

Conveniently located. Staff were friendly. Really good breakfast is ready early - truly appreciated by visiting fishers!! I just wished the shower would have turned a bit hotter. I definitely stay again!

I have been staying at this hotel for about 13 years a total of 8-9 months out of the year. It has gone through a couple of name changes and quite a few managers. All of which seemed friendly and capable. The current manager Colleen, is no exception. She is very friendly and very accommodating whenever I have any issues with my room. If she cannot fix the problem, she will move me to another room. I also prefer the King/sofa rooms at the ends of the building mainly because there are no neighboring rooms so they are quieter. She does a great job at trying to ensure that I get one of those rooms each time I stay. I understand that this is an old building and expensive to maintain therefore I don't really complain about any of the small issues that the building and rooms are bound to have. I understand there is not an unlimited supply of money for upgrading and maintenance. The owners have done some remodeling improvements such as carpet, furniture and bathrooms over the years. Also, the pool and elevator have been upgraded and maintained at some expense(remember, they are old). I believe the staff does their best with what they have. I will continue to stay here at the Fairbridge Inn.

Want to Thank the staff for dealing with my daughter and I for about month 2 weeks due to a house fire . We joyed our stay our room was comfortable and food was good !! Thank you Chris And Susan and house keepers and Maintenance for everything making our stay like it was home God Bless you all we miss you all !!!!
